No Fix No Fee Conditions

We are more than happy to offer a no fix no fee policy to customers if we do not have the necessary skills to repair your PC. However there are a couple of uncommon conditions where the fee must still be paid.

In the following circumstances fees will still apply:

1. If the technician is prevented in any way by the customer from repairing the system.
2. If the technician diagnoses the problem but you decide not to go ahead with the repair after the technician has spent a reasonable amount of time diagnosing and offering advice.
3. If you ask the technician to stop work before the job is complete fees up until that point are payable even if the system is not repaired.

In the following circumstances no fee will be charged:

1. The technician does not have the necessary skills to repair your system.
