What Is Remote Support?

Remote support is where we connect to your computer via the internet to help you resolve a problem or walk you through how to do something. We use specialised software that allows us to connect to your PC or Laptop. In most cases you can view the tasks we are performing on your computer screen.

Is It Secure

Remote access is fully secure. We can not access your computer without your permission as we require both an ID and a password and as mentioned you can see what actions we are performing on your computer.

Costs

Our Remote support costs are charge on a per 30 minute basis with a minimum of 30 minutes

£15 First 30 Minutes

£10 each additional 30 minutes

Please note that for new customers 1 hr must be prepaid either by BACS or payment via PayPal before remote support work is undertaken. (£25). Existing customers will be invoiced via email.
